Direct North Accounting was established by Chartered Accountant Nicholas Kohler in 2010. We maintain a set of standards above what is required of by our professional body and use custom internal processes and technology to work electronically and more efficiently so we can focus on the needs of our clients.
We offer accounting, taxation and business solutions while delivering peace of mind through using our strong technical knowledge to educate our clients in terms that they can understand. We don’t have flash offices, receptionists or filing rooms, we are solely focused on our clients and providing an exceptional professional service with integrity and attentiveness (doing work well, taking care of clients and going the extra mile to make a difference in their lives). We believe that our success is a by-product of getting everything right for our clients.
To continue to be able to deliver superior client service with the director maintaining direct involvement with all his clients (including accessibility and detailed knowledge of their businesses), we need to control growth and only accept new clients that are best suited to the firm.
Direct North Accounting was established with a strategic alliance with management consultancy and corporate advisory firm Direct North Advisory to offer a broad range of business skills to benefit clients of both firms. Direct North Accounting also has close alliances with banks, financial planners and lawyers to provide holistic client solutions.
